During the preconstruction phase, we hire out the surveying and afterward file overlapping locates. Once complete, perform photographic documentation of the work area, road crossings, and ditches. For sites with multiple UG utilites and conflicts, we can have our partners perform GPR and softdig services combining the data into a build-ready package. Once this is complete your team can mobilize to the job site knowing that the site is ready and equipment and crew idle time will be reduced.

Our team specializes in estimating and sourcing construction materials for utility projects. We invest the time as a material packager to provide pricing for stone, concrete, rebar, anchor bolts, steel casing, and other construction materials. We work to the "nth" degree to ensure that everything needed for the job site is delivered from a local source. As a contractor, you can bet we are working to reduce material costs and GHG emissions by sourcing locally.

During the mobilization phase, we will install the construction entrances and signage. Bring in storage containers, temporary power, office trailers, temporary fencing, bathrooms, and bulk fuel.  We will manage incoming material and provide site security in person or via monitored security systems.  Details such as printers, trash cans, and cleaning supplies are also provided so that your team can focus on the work at hand, not prepping in advance of construction.

ASG will provide the support services to lay out material at the project site on your behalf. We have certified crane operators as well as equipment operators to deliver materials to the crews as needed. Whether it's a right of way or a large project site, we can bring out and perform preassembly of all material before your crew installs it.  This is a timesaver and frees up your crew to focus on their core services, the installation.

To maintain environmental compliance,  we will set up recycling dumpsters for steel, wood, batteries, and other misc. items. We will handle concrete for recycling and manage contaminated materials as needed.  A log is created for both waste material and recyclables generated at the site so that you can incorporate the sustainability efforts into your closeout package and showcase the care undertaken.

Our approach to equipment management is designed to reduce overall costs and maintain uptime.  We source rentals for you consisting of late motel emission-friendly diesel, bio-diesel and electric machinery depending on your use case. All rentals are checked in, service records reviewed and damage reports are uploaded for your review. During the project, we manage the in-service maintenance and provide a weekly rental log. At the end, we perform post-use documentation and complete the fueling and cleaning process. Saving on unnecessary rental charges.   

ASG will provide many support services to the project site via local vendors on your behalf. We have partnerships with vendors that provide various support services including geotechnical oversight, surveying, Q.A/Q.C., vibration monitoring, and many others. At the project start, we provide sustainability training and oversight to those vendors along with any customer onboarding requirements you may have.  As we said before, small changes drive major results!

ASG will return your project sites to pristine condition. We will speed up your site restoration process, taking care of final grading, hydroseeding, concrete repair and paving. Oftentimes the demobilization process can be cumbersome and the impact to billing and the customers satisfaction needs to remain paramount. We will provide a site closeout package that mirrors the preconstruction package ensuring you can focus your time on the next project.
